Hey everyone sorry i haven't posted in a while been kind of busy lately, I got surgery about a week ago and I'm in recovery but I'm feeling much better and i hope I can make it to the dance tomarow

Weekend Diabetes

So... Yesterday I went to a Valentines Day party(yay) but thats not easy on my diabetes. Before I eat I need to check my blood sugar and get my pump out and boulas which is no fun when I could be hanging out with my friends.

School's BS

Just like every kid at school, i get lots of everyday blood sugar. Unfortunately diabetes gives me even more BS than any kid ever needs. If i feel that my blood sugar is high or low i have to go to the nurses office, not to mention before lunch.

Hey guys my blood sugar was outta whack earlier today but its good now. My insulin pump just wasn't pumping enough insulin.

Hi Everybody

Hey everyone I'm Dave, a 12 year old diabetic. This is a blog about the average everyday life of a 12 year old boy plus diabetes. I have a you-tube account and most of it doesn't have anything to do with diabetes, but it also show that diabetes doesn't mean i can have fun. Diabetes is a disease when my pancreas stops working because my immune system is all screwy. I have type 1 diabetes, thats the one that has no reason for coming. Type 2 is the kind of diabetes that is usually caused by being overweight or an unhealthy diet.
